We were driving through Lansing with our truck towing a camper when our truck broke down. We needed our truck towed to one place and our camper towed to our house and it was going to be very expensive. Mike showed up and diagnosed the issue with our truck and fixed it for us and only charged us a fee for coming to where we were and that was only because of the distance they had to go to get to us. They were very professional and understanding and saved us $700 when they could’ve just towed us and charged the full amount.

I really appreciated my experience with this towtruck company. The lady taking my information was pleasant. The transaction went well. I highly recommended this business.

Jimmy, our tow truck operator, was exceptional! Our vehicle would not start and parking brake would not disengage. Jimmy arrived promptly, tried to jump the battery but found it was too corroded to do so. Because the parking brake was locked, he had to apply skid skates and chains to get the car onto the tow truck. He was very kind, helpful, careful with our vehicle, and professional- thank you so much!!

Carl was amazing! He was thoughtful and very helpful in getting my car out of a stupid predicament. THANK YOU!!!

Elijah at Northside Towing went above and beyond. I will definitely choose Northside Towing again!!

Joe was awesome help great towing services.

Today, I hit a pothole & blew out a tire. Jason, from Northside, arrived promptly. He was professional, polite & personable.! I was so impressed with Jason! My tire was changed instantly allowing me to get to my destination without delay. No muss, no fuss. Just great service & a smile to boot.! Thank you.!
